Policies

Damage Deposit

On the day of your rental, a security hold will be placed on your credit card. This hold will be released after the equipment is safely returned and passes inspection. Please note that it may take up to one week for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your credit card issuer.

Late Return

Your rental end time is the time the equipment should be loaded back onto the trailer. Please plan accordingly, as extensions beyond the scheduled end time are not guaranteed and should not be assumed.

Fuel Policy

When you receive your equipment, it will come with a full tank of gas. At the end of your rental, a fuel charge will be added based on how much you used. We charge per gallon, and the total cost will depend on how hard and how long you ride.
